Adelá (23) feels overwhelmed, scared, and frustrated. The climate crisis is real – and yet many around her deny it.

Snow is vanishing from her childhood village, and politics seem to move backwards. What terrifies her most is the apathy – even among young people. At the same time, she tries to stay grounded. Prague, with its second-hand shops and conscious communities, gives her comfort. So does the hope that not everything is lost – as long as people care.
